What is the slow food movement?
I keep hearing about it, but I'm not exactly sure what it is. Is it better for you? Is the food more healthful?

It's actually not so much about the food being more healthful (though that would be a byproduct) as it is about growing and producing food in alignment with the local ecosystem with the aim of sustainability.
My wife and I visited a new restaurant and were greeted by the owner.
She explained that she was part of the "slow food movement." After waiting 40 minutes for lunch we concluded that she was simply incompetent, which may be what the movement is all about.

What do you like better, Fast foods or Fancy?I find Fancy foods take longer to cook but take time to make it taste good.I find fast food take a shorter time to cook but don't take time to make them fancy
