I have the best squash ravoli at a little place called Stieney's.. It's got a little cream sauce and walnuts, nutmeg, and grilled chicken on top.It is so good I wish I knew how to make ravoli dough.
      Thanks,

carrots-potatoes creme soup, veggies omelet, green apples, peaches, spinach and cheese casserole, what else... ah, yes - tomatoes :-D and last but not least - although i don't like salads with dark green leafy veggies like broccoli, kale, spinach and all other good foods, i do like a lot the green smoothies which contain some or all of the above ;-)

      Brilqntin,
I love veggie scrambles with spinach, cheese, peppers, onions and mushrooms. I should try the spinach and cheese casserole. It sounds good. You're brave for drinking those green smoothies. I can't get past putting fruit in mine.

I enjoy juicing grapefruit with celery and apple for a healthy morning drink.Greek yogurt  for dessert is quite tasty with the addition of an organic banana and raw almond butter.

I can't get enough artichokes! I also really enjoy granny smith apples, raspberries, broccoli, cherries, and bananas.

      Markie,
That dip with the artichokes and the spinach and cheese is so great.I really like it. Broccoli is up there on my list too. As for cherries, I've heard that everyone should eat at least two per day. I eat way more than that.
      Thanks,
      Lisa

      lies15858,
I've always heard that you should use meat as a garnish on your plate. I understand this. We do need lots of fruits and vegetables, beans and nuts to make up for eating less meat.
      Thanks,
      Lisa

I love eating fresh fruits, such as pineapple, water melon, strawberries, papaya and lime juice. Besides I love lassi, whether sweet or salty.
In non vegetarian food I love grilled chicken or fish and kebabs.

Lassi is a popular Indian drink, made of curd, sugar or salt. Something similar to Yogurt.  You just have to mix it, in a food processor. You may or may not add flavor. The consistency is free flowing as in smoothies. Serve chilled.

Blueberry whey protein pancakes are my quirky favorite healthy food. I also love cauliflower, broccoli, lentils and low fat cottage cheese.
