When making no bake lemon meringue pie, would you put in the freezer for faster results?
I just tried making it for my sister and when putting it in the fridge, it took a while. So I put it in the freezer.
Well, 10 days out from when you posted this, I suppose you now know the answer:) My suspicion, though, is that it would not be a good idea. The meringue being so delicate, I would think it would change it's quality if it were frozen. It might not be "bad," but I don't think it would be optimal.

can i just bake the mini tart shells and put them in the freezer to fill any time i would like...to fill .
