Why do hamburgers taste so much better charbroiled than when they are prepared other ways?
I love hamburgers cooked almost any way, but like most everyone I know, I enjoy the taste of burgers better when they're charbroiled. Why is this?
Mainly because that way draws out the fats and juices. The other ways you are eating the fats.
