What are some good (caffeine free) alternatives to coffee?

I was recently told that I can't have caffeine anymore and I've been on the lookout for some coffee alternatives. Obviously decaf is an option, but I'm thinking more in terms of coffee-like beverages that just naturally have no caffeine (as opposed to it being taken out).

Herbal tea? I like 1/2 Camomile, 1/2 peppermint.

We keep a casserole dish on the warming plate in the  centre of our stove full of homemade tea. Recipe: 2 cinnamon sticks, 5 cloves, 1 star anise & about an inch of sliced ginger. It's delicious & has a good kick!

Oh my goodness--that sounds amazing! I must try this. I love the taste of fresh ginger.

I have found an alternative to caffeine energy drink that I consume daily. It is called XS. They come in multiple flavors; some have small amounts of caffeine; however, some do not. One of my favorites is the Cranberry-Grape Blast (caffeine free) XS energy drink of only 8 calories, kosher and 0 carbs. More information/facts can be obtained from www.xsblast.com or www.abetterbody.rocks
