Reshmahaque, sorry you waited so long for an answer. On the wide black bar at the top of your page, click "Start a Hub."
"Create a Hub" shows at the top of the new page with three sections.
(1) Space for your Hub Title
(2) Space for your Hub Topic
(3) Hub Format allows you to choose the layout for your hub. Choose "Recipe" and follow the instructions.
