    For me it's grapefruit, then any type of organic cereal with organic soya milk over top. On the weekends it's poached eggs or scrambled with feta cheese and avocado mixed in. A few slices of back bacon and a slice of whole grain flax bread, lightly covered with almond butter. And of course all washed down with my favorite Organic, Salt Springs free trade, dark roasted java.
