If you would like the Hubs critiqued, then you can post the links to your two hubs in the Extreme Hub Makeover Forum thread and I'm sure someone with some knowledge about recipes will try to help you.
If you would like to learn baking tips and making patties, doughnuts, then I would suggest you use the search function of HubPages to find related Hubs on the topics you want to learn about.
