Do you eat to live? OR, Do you live to eat?
Some people eat simply for nourishment to live.
Others eat for the pleasure of the experience.
Which are you?
Personally, I eat to live - that is until my favorite foods are presented....and then I have to control myself! I try to eat five small meals a day to keep the weight down and control the portions. If there is something I really enjoy eating, I discipline myself, but do not deny myself totally from them. Moderation is the key for me.
I eat food which I prefer to eat because my body requires food.
I do eat to live otherwise I´ll be always beside me and I will not be able to concentrate on whatever I want to do.
Live to eat, hands down. Well, and to travel and discuss politics on Hubpages too, but a big part of it is to eat
Food is delicious, and honestly a part of my existence way more than just needing it to live. I am right now enjoying a peanut butter, jelly, and kimchi sandwich while writing a hub about food. And I still want more food.
Hmm. Maybe I need more of a life.
