So when I reach level 75 I'll start getting more traffic?

   I read that when you reach 75, your hubs stop having the "nofollow" script and start appearing in Search Engines, hence allowing you to SEO and improve traffic and earnings, am I right?
   
   Other questions that I would be thankful if you answered them:
   
   -I have had adsense for about 1 month, and I've made blogs, hubs, and some other things (while putting them on Digg, StumbleUpon, etc), but I still haven't earned anything. Zero.
   
   I understand this is a process that takes time and I'm a very persistent person so I'm gonna do until I finally earn my first cents... but how much time does it usually take aproximately?
   
   -What are the best topics to make money with Hubpages?
   
   -How much traffic do top Hubbers have and how did they get there?

      You've asked some very complicated questions there - and there are some great hubs on this site about them. However here are some basics I have learnt here:
      
      Hubscore doesn't effect much outside the site. It's really about the quality of your hubs and their keywords that gets you in search engines.
      
      I have been here 4 months and I have 65 hubs. I have so far earnt $17 with adsense and sold 7 items on amazon. One of my hubs gets 250-300 hits a day, five hubs get 20-50 hubs a day and the rest are lucky to get 1-10 hits per day - meaning about 450 hits a day all up. My earnings on adsense have gone up exponentially - for instance ~$1 first month, ~$4 next month and for may I've already cleared ~$12....
      
      You really need to experiment with keywords to find the best topics. If you write a good quality hub you have more chances of getting in the first page of google, however remember some keywords have lots of competition. For instance if you wrote a hub with the keyword "cars" chances are you're up against literally millions of other pages.
      
      Use google adwords to help you discover which keywords have good payout for ads, reasonable amount of searches but also not TOO much competition.
      
      Remember that the good part about hubpages is that once you've written a page you never need to go back to it (unless you wish to tweak it or watch its progress and comments) so if that page is getting 3 visits from google per day for the next ten years, that's still 10,680 visitors who might possibly click an add - without you doing anything. So don't stress - just keep writing and you'll get there!

      EDIT: I'd also recommend doing the 30 hubs in 30 days challenge - that really helped up my traffic.
      Second edit: LoL - I should also add that hubpage traffic is great for feedback and comments but little else. It's the outside, search engine traffic that clicks the ads and buys stuff.

      nofollow is applied to external links before a hubberscore of 75
      
      Other than that a higher hubber score wont increase earnings or traffic.

      No.  Your HubScore has zero influence on traffic or earnings.
      
      The "nofollow" script only affects you if you're using your Hubs to promote another website.  Google judges a website's reputation by the number of other sites that link to it.  While your Hubs are "nofollow", Google won't count links in Hubs towards your website's rep. 
      
      LarasMama is spot on - she's doing amazingly well for a new Hubber.  It takes weeks or even months for Google to rank your Hubs high enough to earn income:  what you're writing today will repay you next year!

   I think that stressing over this is like watching the grass grow. Making money is not the primary appeal in joining HubPages, or at least it shouldn't be. I have much more fun on this site than the other place I blog because I always get some feedback on whatever I write.
   
   The other place I write doesn't have anything like the features we have here, such as the Q&A and the forums, and other things. We get real interaction here. This platform is a good place to get your work incorportated into search engines, as you alluded to and as LarasMama also mentioned. I can't even say that about the opportunity for public exposure, of that other place I write at.
   
   You should be what Goldman Sachs calls "long-term" greedy. If writing is something you want to pursue seriously, then I think this site is a good place to position yourself long-term. You should relax and enjoy yourself here, especially when your participating in the forums and Q&A.
   
   But your should take yourself more seriously when it comes to writing your own articles (which is how you should think of your hubs from now on). You asked about money making topics. This is a big world with 6.7 billion people on it. Whatever you're interested in, there will be millions of others interested in the same thing. Of course all of those millions don't have Internet access...
   
   I'll make one last remark and then leave it there. One very, very, very important thing you should do to build up trust with your readers and give your work weight and gravitas, is to cite any information you give that is not common knowledge. Please don't forget to do that!!

      I know the main purpose of HubPages is to let people write about anything they find interesting and enjoyable- and I'm defintely having a great time here since I love writing. But of course, being a student, any kind of money I make is very welcome, be it a cent or an euro
      
      That being said, I 100% agree with you wingedcentaur about the "social" part,  I've wrote 2 hubs (been here a few days only) and the comments are very motivating. In the other blog I make I very rarely get any comments, buried under millions of other blogs lol

   HubScore doesn't directly influence traffic. Traffic can influence HubScore.
   
   Nofollow does not stop a webpage from being indexed. It only informs the bots that index the page not to follow the link to where it's pointing to.

   I have read that you had to get to a score of 80, not 75.  So there seems to be some confusion on it, as I have read both those values in the HubPages Forums.
   
   I can confirm at least that a score of 66 overall, with all your hubs above 40, still means nofollow.
   
   I am trying to raise my score.  If I get between 75 and 80 I will confirm back which number is correct.

      Admin has stated that individuals Hubs with a score of 40 or lower, or entire accounts where the Author Score is below 75 will have the "nofollow" attribute applied to outgoing links.
