I've just seen that one of my hubs has been flagged up as having been copied. Someone has copied it word-for-word on Yahoo Answers. What should I do about this? What will be the effect on my hubscore?
Thanks,
Moon.
I'm sorry, I just realised that I somehow posted this question twice. Please feel free to delete one of them, if it's within your power. Apologies for any confusion!
What is the purpose of two threads on the same topic?
Just curious?
I know for a fact, this issue you are having has been constantly addressed, if you only do a search of the forum threads, you are likely to find your answer.
However, I would suggest you have two options (a) do something about it, like contact Yahoo or (b) do nothing.
That's about all I can offer.
Edit: Here is your other thread http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/49212
Cagsil, Thanks for your reply. I realise that I posted the same question twice (see my reply to myself, above!) It serves no purpose, it wasn't intentional, and I don't know how it happened...
I did do a quick search for similar questions (hmm, not my own, lol!) before I posted, but didn't find any. I will search further, I appreciate your answer.
I responded to your other thread, in case that helps.
(Thanks! I'm hoping that a moderator will be able to remove one of my questions and merge the answers together, as it is confusing. Sorry everyone!)

I know it's been suggested before, but please reconsider allowing threads concerning sites posting stolen content to be stickied.Just today there are several threads regarding the same sites, people cross-posting and getting mixed up on which site is being discussed. It's not surprising; the...

I recently found one of my hubs copied on a blogger blog. The whole text, images and amazon adverts were there!I contacted another hubber Rajan Jolly as one of his hubs was also copied. I have to thank him for identifying and locating this blogger's profile here. It seems he has about 40 blogs on a...

Is there a way to see all the questions a Hubber has posted in the Answers section?Let's say you meant to answer their question awhile back, but would like a relatively quick way to look it up: Is there a way to do that?

I found this when I logged in today. That little red c that lets you know someone copied your work. Here is the link. I know my work is my own. I have the pay stubs and personal stories to back it up. Link deletedI went back and looked, there is no way to flag posts, email...

I understand that Sandpit is "good place for long meaningless threads" Yeah, a good place to unwind. All works and no play... Yes all that but why are more than half of forum topics games and plays? Don't get me wrong. I also love to play but maybe there is a background info on Sandpit...
