I have seen my adsense code on my hubs before.

But today I noticed the adsense code on my hubs and even my CJ PID to be completely different.

I went to the my affiliate page and noticed that all the details there were CORRECT. Nothing was wrong.

    But why this discrepancy?

Is my adsense code going to be shown on rotation basis? What's the deal here actually? Could someone kindly explain?

Ah yes, And I also see Yahoo Ads being displayed on my hubs.

The Yahoo Ads only show on HubPage Inc's share of the page impressions.

As Misha said, you get 60%.

The other 40% is shared between HubPages and possibly two other Publisher ID's.

One will be your referrer, if you were referred to HubPages by a tracker URL. They'll get 10% of the page views (note: that is taken from HubPages share, not yours).

The other can again be a tracker URL, if someone is sending traffic to your hub via a tracker URL. They'll get 12% of the page impressions, if there is no above mentioned referrer. If there is then they'll get 9% of the page impressions.

HubPages get whatever is remaining. Or the whole 40% if the two mentioned above are not involved.
