How long it takes for google to rank well new hubs ?

   Hi,
   
   Well! suppose if I publish 10 new hubs today with targeting different keywords, how long it takes for google index and rank the pages? Because I would like to measure the results of my SEO/keyword research efforts? pls share your experience/advice

      It depends what it is. I have hubs get indexed and ranked within a day, however, this heavily ways on the topic/competition etc.

      It all depends on your writing and SEO skills, some people have a lot more success than others on here, and you definitely get out what you put in.

   hello-providing you have done excellent keyword research and that your target domain isn't aged to long you may get into the top page after about 12 hours, maybe sooner on certain topics. How long you stay there is another matter.

   Make sure to submit your site to google, bing, and yahoo.  I have noticed that this cuts down on crawler time considerably.
   
   Also read up on longtail keywords, backlinks, SEO, RSS feed submission, etc...

   Although not here at HP, I have sometimes seen web pages from my main site appear in Google search literally just minutes after publication.
   
   It is downright spooky at times.  It's like they were sitting there, ready to pounce.
   
   Of course the reality is that the stars just lined up. I updated the Google site map, they happened to swoop down to pick it up just then and whatever causes them to process these things must have happened right away, too.  A "perfect storm" thing.

      Pinging will also accomplish this. For example wordpress blog posts and articles posted on sites such as Articlesbase often show up within minutes. Both situations utilize automated ping tools.

      Much of the time Google will have newly published articles set to the top of the searches because they are yet to index them.
      
      I had a hub for two weeks with the number 1 paying keyword, page 1 number 1, before it was condemned to the pit of hell!  Now, not even I can find it!

   One question:  Do you always bookmark and ping your hubs?

      never, just a waste of time. nothing else.
      
      Do a good of keyword research, write good content and if possible do some backlinking to get do follow links and wait for few months to see good results. Content is king.

         Bookmarking definitely isn't a waste of time, as long as you use Dofollow bookmarks they will be picked up by search engines and act as backlinks to your original article. Pinging works in a similar process.
         
         If you don't know what a DoFollow backlink is, it is from a website that search engines regularly follow..you can use SEOQuake to distinguish these.
         
         I use backlink checker to see where my backlinks come from and Folkd.com was displayed as one and that is a Bookmarking site.

      If you are in a hurry, you could run a test by choosing one of your hubs and pinging it. You can use pingomatic or a similar ping service.
      
      If you do this, try and choose a hub that from a series that you made about the same time. By checking to see if its indexed and ranked for your target phrases, and comparing it to a similar hub, you could get a better idea.
      
      I have not bothered to ping any of my hubs but I have found the technique to be effective in getting new pages on other sites crawled.

    Usually it doesn't take long for hub to get rank well in google with articles on hubpages because hubpages is already a well known website. So sooner after you published you hubs everybody can see it.
    
    And as you mentioned writing hub articles with good research keywords then it will go faster appear on the search engine with 12 hours to 24 hours according to my experiences. best of lucks,

    As everyone has mentioned already, this can all depend on many factors, but im my experience most of my hubs have been indexed within 1-3 days.
