I do like Chinese food. But it always depends on how it is prepared. Any recipes?

Love Chinese food. Learned to make it from scratch. Although I found out the hard way that I'm allergic to MSG so I use a lot of substitutions.

don't tell anyone but this is the way to cook about half the chinese dishes with just variations in the ingredient veg or meat.  Also the base for most things that get black bean sauce dropped in etc.

Love it - especially anything wrapped in a wonton.

what is a wonton...... i got something wrapped in a huge lettuce leaf, ever since then instead of throwing the outer leaves of the lettuce away, i wrap my lunch in it.....

you can  get a wonton wrapper and inside it are minced pork or shrimp grounded with diced carrots or onions, or I put black pepper. You can put it in noodles. You can boil it or deep fry it.
