    Did this guy shed tears when proposing tax cuts for billionaires/millionairs while millions lost thier jobs? Did this tears of a clown cry when rallying to repeal the healthcare bill that would cause countless to be without health care? Hey Baynard! Walmart has a sale on Kleenex! It would be a good idea to stock up, crybaby!!
