I have a digg account. There I’ve posted links to my hubs (my hubs are originals only once published at HP). Is it a crime and HP are going to make my hubs unpublished because of it? I’m confused why so many hubs are here unpublished…. Help!
It is not "a crime," as long as you link responsibly. See the Learning Center, Getting Traffic, Linking Etiquette for details.
