I've read the definition for the Popular Accolade 10-20 times. It doesn't make sense. My feedback to other people's hubs doesn't say anything about my popularity. On the contrary, their comments on my hubs is indicative. It seems to me the only way to make sense out of it is to move "their", thus:
"popular among readers, as measured by their feedback to Hubs"
instead of:
"popular among readers, as measured by feedback to their Hubs."
It should be read like: "...as measured by the readers' feedback to your hubs." So "their" refers to the readers, which immediately precede that word. I don't see any cause for confusion.
I don't think you realize it, but you are agreeing with me that the present word order is wrong. Your edited wording would be very clear.
No, the way its worded isn't wrong, it's just a little bit ambiguous.
Read it as "as measured by (readers) feedback to Hubs".
Since the Original Poster is correct, this thread could suitably be moved to the Report a Problem or Suggest a New Feature forum.
Correct or not, I figured out what my (aka original poster) problem was. I was reading it as if it were addressed to the author. Not so. The Accoloade is addressed to people other than the author or readers who have given feedback. In that case, "their" is the 3rd person pronoun often used for indefinite referents, whether singular or plural. Thanks for your interaction. I'll get out of your hair now.
Oh, I see, it's already been move to the other section.

I think I've lost one accolade. Does Admin remove the accolade if you are no longer actively engaged in that category?

One of my hubs was selected as editor's choice. I didn't even know about it until I went to my stats just now and saw next to the hub the editor's choice icon. I clicked to view the hub but there is no icon in the hub itself that shows it's editor's choice. And there is no accolade in my profile...

How important is it to have a comment section on your hubs, or How important is it to respond?I was going through some of the hubs that belong to some of the top paid hubbers ( info found on the success story page) and a lot of those people do not respond to comments. In fact, many of their...

My "Inside the Beehive" hub just got the "Editor's Choice" award. After reading the posts about Editor's Choice, I feel like it is like getting the key to the city. It is a great honor, but it's not good for any thing. It doesn't even show up on my profile...
