   Breaking: Wisconsin Judge Declares Anti-Worker Law Is Not In Effect
   
   Nearly two weeks ago, Wisconsin state Judge Maryann Sumi issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) prohibiting Wisconsin’s Secretary of State from “publishing” Gov. Scott Walker’s (R) anti-union law. Because Wisconsin law requires the Secretary of State’s office to publish a law before the law may take effect, this TRO should have suspended the law for as long as Sumi’s order remains in effect. Nevertheless, the state’s Republican leadership asked a different government office to publish the law on its website, and the Walker Administration has already begun to implement the law in defiance of Sumi’s original order.
   
   This morning, Judge Sumi issued a new order clarifying that any attempt to implement Walker’s assault on working families is lawless:
   
       [i]t is hereby DECLARED that 2011 Wisconsin Act 10 has not been published…and is therefore not in effect.

      good, the court held itself up. To me reguardless of the publisher, if the Law on the Books states it is the responsibility of the Secretary of State, than thats it.
      
      Walker and the Republican Leadership may be un-constitutional in their action here. (State Constitution I mean)
      
      Question; does a Governer become responsible to State Laws and Judgements of the court, or to Party Leadership?

         Constitution? Bahh!--they already showed it meant nothing during Bushco.
         Their loyalties are to the United States of Corporate Money and their Swiss bank accounts. IMO

   This is an activist judge who ignored judicial guidelines and precedent to issue this injunction and on top of that she has a son that was a consultant for the unions clearly a conflict. It seems the left will stop at nothing to impose their will on the public. Elections don't matter the law doesn't matter and ethics and morals don't matter either the end justifies the means... disgusting!

      Right--you should look up what's going on with re-districting and the judges that are up for election in "key areas".
      
      This corporate take-over is going on from the bottom up. They hold seats everywhere....and you do not know what you have voted for until you put them in power.
      It's called stealth-maneuvering.
      
      
      You don't really think that Walker and all his other corporate "chums", such as Kasich and others, were honest with the voters about their plans do you?
      Hardly.
      
      They said what they thought you wanted to hear---threw you some red-meat bones, and now it's on with their agenda.
