A liquid diet, for cleansing purposes

   I'm eating a nutritious diet, but are in liquid form, to clean the ol' pipes out.
   
   Have you ever done such a thing?  Any advice?

      I have read about doing this, also have known people to cleanse this way, just be sure not to do it for very long 1-3 days is what I have read to be the max time on this.  Check out books or web articles on this to ensure saftey and the results you are expecting.

   Won't necessarily clean the pipes since you are ingesting chemicals. I would simply drink water until your teeth float. Water makes up most of our body and cures many of our problems.

      Water intoxication kills.
      
      I drank fruit/veggie juice, low-sodium broth soup (from Trader Joe's), water, and some other stuff.
      
      It went for 10 days before solid food called my name.
