When I was a kid, I once blurted out in front of a room of people I didn't know (except for a couple of people), "Why do those people have such funny names?"
Also, my son is starting to get the hang on his potty training, but he's a little behind due to medical issues. We give him awards when he does well, and recently earned a toy of his choosing at a local dollar store. I started talking with the cashier letting her know he's getting a reward for good behavior, and my son blurted out that he did 'poopy in pottie'.
Oh wow, I cannot believe I just shared this. Sharing is not exactly my strong suit. It's a fun topic, though.
That's kids, they speak the truth and sometimes it's embarrassing, sometimes it's really funny though.
This feels like deja vu. Oh know, I'm embarrassed again.
Why in the hell is not your follower count above 100?
I am not popular, does this in all honesty surprise you?
and you should have way more than 10 accolades
I should have way more than 10 bucks, too. Hey, life's a .... toad Para, I have this tendency to be affable most of the time..... Then there's the other side of me, that just keeps arguing with people.
I feel shy and embarrassed when someone consistently keeps looking me in the eye while am talking. [pretty weird, right]
"What makes you most embarrassed?"
My forum posts.
Long time coming, but there it is.
I know this is thread deviation, but we can get back to that.
maybe the things you are embarrassed about depends on what you value most.
I am most embarrassed when somebody talks to me and I don't know how to respond or make a conversation. I am not a talker in person.
Yeah, like compliments.
Like how PDH is such a beautiful lady.
now, I don't know how to respond, I just smile and of course you are my dear Cagsil
Am I here again, this is more than deja vu. However, not as embarrassing as when I locked myself in a porch for several hours and had to be rescued by a neighbor....
I locked myself in my grannys super small sewing room for 4 hours, I was 20! No inside door knob. I freaked out but she can't hear a leer jet if it was behind her. Lesson; not the way to learn to sew to kill time and sewing machines are expensive to replace
The entire trauma was embarrassing!
How do you get in a porch girl??????????????
From what I've seen on the tele, a porch in the US, is quite a large area at the front of the house that isn't enclosed, you have seats there and everything. In England, a porch is a tiny enclosed building in front of the house. (think your front door and then a tiny space) So you open the front door, and your in a little anti-room (could be called that) which is mainly glass (say 3ftx3ft) and another door onto the street.
Well, when I lived with my parents, (19 to 20) I was on my way out to work, shut the front door behind me and was in the porch. Put my hand in my bag to find the keys. (front door locked behind me) to open the porch door. No keys. Neither could I get back in the house (mortice lock) or open the porch door! And, we lived on the main road! Everyone who walked past, drove past, just saw me stood there (like a fool I might add) Then the neighbor over the road, came over and said "Are you alright love, only I've noticed that you have been stood there for almost three hours now" she actually shouted this through the letter box of the porch door. I had to explain the situation. She eventually rung my dad at work, after I gave her the number. He came home, as he walked up to the porch he was shaking his head (like not again) However, that was after a bunch of men had walked past, laughing I might add, shouting "Hey, where do you think you are? This is Manchester, not Amsterdam!"
bastards I hate those men
but hon that was um kinda embarrassing maybe?
You should have torched the porch :
Cardisa has a serious flatulence problem, let's not embarrass her!

Who can recall their most embarrassing moments? (When you wished the ground could swallow you up.) Or are we programmed to mercifully forget those times we made fools of ourselves?
