According to the Google Adsense policies, only 3 ad units are allowed per page. But in hub pages, there are 5 ad units displaying in a hub. What is this? Please explain.
3 ad units and 3 text units on each page are allowed. Now go back and check your hubs as well as the google TOS
Simple: Not all of them are AdSense.
Only the ones labeled Ads By Google are AdSense. I'm assuming the rest are the HubPages ad program.
HupPages makes a LOT of money for Google. It's that simple. No doubt they can pick up the phone and get insider information that you and I cannot, also. If Google is still giving gifts to big publishers, no doubt they get whoppers.. I get a 1099 :-)

And after filling in the online appeal form they told me they had reviewed my account information, taken my feedback into account, but still had concluded that my AdSense account has posed a significant risk. And I have no idea...

This probably isn't a bug, but it's annoying and I wish Hubpages wouldn't do it. There is an ad which plays sound appearing on some of my hubs. I think it's a cricket ad with the sound of a bat hitting a ball, and a crowd cheering. The ad is also one which appears right at the bottom of the page,...
