   That's Beyonce's name for her child. I can just see the kid getting teased and called Blue jeans, blueberry, etc

      Oh, lol, you've reminded me of my silly hub. Erm, superstars can name their kids anything, these days =O It's like a competition for the ugliest child's name in Hollywood. I actually think Blue Ivy is not the worst name around at all. It sounds kind of nice, in my opinion, even if it's not typical.

   You're right. Blue Ivy isn't so bad compared to calling you kid Apple, which is what Gwynneth Paltrow called her kid. I wonder if that kid's been called Granny yet.

   Blue Ivy sounds a great name to get you more publicity if your name is Beyonce or Jay Z
   
   I wouldn't consider for my own children it personally but everyone has their own choice and i'm sure the name wouldn't have been chosen without deep thought

      Lol! Honestly, if I were Beyoncé and Jay-Z's son (as in, the son of a multimillionaire collective wallet that happened to sing/rap pretty decently), they could call me Bananas, for all I cared. I would indulge myself in all possible ways for the rest of my life to compensate for that 'little' mistake in naming me.

   Blanket is the worst all time celebrity kid name even if your last name is Jackson. "Sorry kid, did you say they call you Blank?."
