How does international and national law protect us from copyright infringement of blogs- our articles, stories, all that is written by us?
The United States gives copyright protection to writers who publish their own work and were not paid to write it and transfer the rights to another. A copyright symbol isn't necessary under US law.
Fighting those copy your blog (content scrappers) is very difficult. You can inform the ISP that they are stealing work and have the website shut down in some cases, but it is easy to move a website to another host and keep going.
Thank you Tamarawhite for your informative answer. I hope and wish in future we have more reasons for a sense of security among bloggers.
