What happened to pipmistress who came up with the 10 in 10?

I'm not sure. I went looking for it.

Seems like she has been banned. I checked out her page, and she is gone.
      Wonder what happened?

Here's my 3/10, 10 Things to Do with Kids on a Rainy Day.

Great minds must think alike. I did this one a week ago.

It's a good topic, you can't get enough ideas for things to do with kids on a rainy day!

No, you can't. However, you could find your own topic.

Are you implying I copied your topic? Because I most certainly did not. I had no idea anyone on this thread had posted an article about this already - I came late to this challenge and there's a lot of the hubs posted on here I haven't read, including yours. It's not exactly a unique topic, and many people with children would come up with a similar one when thinking about top 10's - particularly on a day like we had yesterday here in the UK when it was grey, miserable and wet outside! I'm sorry if you feel I've stepped on your hub territory though, if I'd known there was another on the same topic in this challenge I would have done something different.

I too came a bit late to the challenge. But none of mine have the topic of any of the others. While the subject may not be unique, you used 5 of the same ideas. Just worded differently.
You hub says "Forget TV" My whole hub was about what to do with kids on a rainy day with using no TV.
I mention baking , and so do you.
I mention coloring, you mention painting.
I mention building your own instruments, you mention building something.
I mention books, you mention books.
Sorry. A little too close to say you didn't read it.

Great idea and yes its very challenging to write. Needs lots of R&D for content writer aswell.

I have stated, very, very clearly that I didn't read your article, have never read any of your articles (and never, ever want to after what you are falsely accusing me of). I wish there was a way someone could check on the system to prove me right on this. I have absolutely no reason to copy anyone's ideas, I have far too many of my own and nowhere near enough time to do them.

It would be a very boring article if you didn't forget about TV, TV is the obvious entertainment for kids and therefore the obvious starting point. And don't all good parents bake, paint, read and make things with their kids?

I agree that there is something of a coincidence here in the choice of topic, however coincidences do happen all the time, and particularly with lots of people writing 'Top 10' lists, it's not actually that big a coincidence. I'm not blaming you for initially wondering whether I'd copied the idea, but what I really, really resent is that you are still accusing me of copying your article and now accusing me of lying about it.

If I had used the same idea (and I don't see there would be anything particularly wrong with that, despite your claim that half the ideas are the same, all the ideas and content are very different in my view between the two articles), I would happily hold my hand up and say 'fair do, you've got me, I saw your hub and thought what a great idea, I thought I'd write a different one with different ideas based on my experiences'. But that is NOT the case here. I say again, I did not see the title of your article and did not read your article before doing my own article. I was totally unaware that another article on the same topic had been done. I am sorry if for some reason you are somehow unable to accept that but I don't think there's anything more I can do.

Guess you have made your case.  Sounds honest to me but there are ways to check no doubt.

She owes you an apology if she believes you.  And in the court of fair play she owes you an apology unless she can prove you guilty.

So why dont u 2 jus kiss and make up.

I am in with some fruits among the nuts!!!

    http://glendoncaba.hubpages.com/hub/Ten … of-Jamaica

Take that pun with a grin, though it is so corny.

One down, nine to go.  Might do a separate breakout hub on each fruit.  What do you think?

Started on 28 April.  So should do 3 hubs by tonight.  Wow!!!

Thanks Glendoncaba. I've made my point, and will leave it at that.

Here's Hub 4/10, fairly standard but I always love sharing books I love with others.

Something a bit more unusual next I think (if I can get to 10 things that is!)

I did 6/10.  Did not write the ten but that's six more hubs for Google to do its thing and send some love my way.  From Panda to Penguin we dont evcen know how Hubpages will emerge from this experience of SEO spam purge and search content improvement.
