I guess some titles of my hubs don't jive with their respective contents, So I came to decide editing same hub titles to be search-friendly so as to attract traffic. In effecting the desired change, I am more convinced that the change or edition must happened more in the hub URL than in the hub content.
Since we can't and have no way to edit, change or alter the URL, what possible way to do to be within the top bracket of any search engine to pull considerable amount of traffic. Your experiential advice would be most appreciated.
Actually, the title of your hub is more important than the URL. It doesn't really matter if they match all that much.
I am confused. I need more help and enlightenment. During visit of the search engine, which parts of the hub, will it crawls? All parts of the hub including URL, title, summary and body? Will there be no negative effect if the title is entirely different from the original URL because it has been changed? Please understand me. I just want to learn.
Like Uninvited Writer mentioned, your title is more important than URL. Make sure you use keywords in your SUBTITLES and photo captions too. Title tuning feature tells you which words people searched to find your hub, but your best strategy is to use Google's Adword tool. I use both.
I am now armed with tools: give more importance to the title than URL, use keywords in subtitles and captions in photo, make use of the title tuner, add relevant tags, take advantage of Google's Adword tool- to inject zest and life to my dormant hubs. I do appreciate your help and wishing you more blessings.
If you go to the title tuning feature it will suggest words to use to attract more traffic. I have used it a few times on some of my lower peforming hubs and it has helped them, you could also try adding more tags, I find this helps to. I hope this was useful, good luck.
Thank you so much for reminding me about me the title tuning feature. Definitely, I'll try visiting said capsule to improve my non-performing hubs.
I am so happy you asked the question nick...it is something I have wondered about as well.

Would changing the title of a hub affect Google's search results? I changed the title of one of my hubs and it immediately had a big dip in traffic.
