This IS completely off topic... but I really need your advice.

I want to completely get rid of Babylon search - ITS ANNOYING!!
I checked my home page settings, default browser etc... its set for Google.
Ive searched on the web for answers but I don't want to do something that's not gonna help.
It would be great if someone could help me on this who had the same problem, and changed setting or used a program to delete this irritating.... argh... I don't even have words for it, lol.

    Please help!

    1. Uninstall it from your computer and then delete and directory files from it left over.
    2. Remove the Add-On from the Browser itself.
    3. Restart system

    4. Watch This Video to complete the removal process of any registry keys, etc.

I had the same problem and the longer you have Babylon on your computer the more problems you will have.  It will redirect you to sites you don't want to go on.

You could try to go where it says run and type in ms.config you will see a tab that says services.  Look for Babylon if you don't see Babylon look at the ones that say unknown and delete them.

If your scared to do that download a free malware remover.  That is what it is malware.  Its safer because you might delete something important for your computer.

Let me know if that works

Google is Babylon. Just ask the Rastas on Bobo Hill.

Hi! I think I did something similar to that, not quite sure. But I've made a Hub of it because I couldn't  find the right solution on the internet. I think downloading a malware remover is unnecessary. Its actually very easy to remove Babylon if you know how to. But thanks for all the help smile

My sympathies because somehow I ended up with it on my PC many months back and it was horrible! I got rid of it eventually so I know it can be done. I am sorry I can't remember what I did exactly. It wasn't with a malware remover though. I don't trust a lot of the ones that get advertised to remove problems like Babylon. I think they actually often cause other problems and then demand payment to fix them.

Hi! I have figured out how to do it, and made a hub of it as well... I also dont trust all these malware removers one can download. Doing it manually is much more safer... and less effort.
