Just another example of why you shouldn't believe everything you see on TV, or everything you read online, no matter what the source is.
The text of the arms treaty came out, and it specifically recognizes the right of citizens, in countries where such is legal, to keep and bear arms.
Yet even the mighty Forbes fell victim to the poor reporting, fear mongering and conspiracy theorizing that plagues our informational infrastructure.
Just like the NYTimes article that botched the story on GE's taxes, and to this day causes untold numbers of Americans to think that GE is getting refunds instead of paying taxes.
Take everything with a grain of salt. Even things that JaxsonRaine, the shining example of infallibility, says.
I'll raise you Internet and say that nothing is ever always right independently of where you heard it.
