Do you think stress is one of the main cause why a lot of people today are suffering from various cancer illness?
There are many specialists who believe there is a link to cancer due to stress. I know I was diagnosed after a particularly stressful time at work one year, so was one of my coworkers who was under different stresses. But, it might just be a coincidence. They really don't know all the causes of cancer.
I do think stress can result in cancer. It takes a heavy toll on the body that is for sure.
I do, for sure. I have been under what at times seems like extraordinary stress for most of my life and to protect myself I take Graviola. I don't overdo it, but since discovering that we all have cancer cells in our body that the (properly functioning) immune system keeps in check, I feel it wise to give the immune system a little help, given my stress levels, lol. I have LONG thought that one of the ways that stress causes cancer has to do with the fact that stressed people breathe shallowly. We don't get enough oxygen.
Stress causes a lot of problems in the body. It can contribute to cancer growing because stress has been proven to suppress the immune system, and one of the many functions of the immune system is to destroy damaged or incorrectly dividing cells. This happens all day long every day in your body.
Also, stress causes the body to produce cortisol which can lead to inflammatory conditions.
So, indirectly, my opinion is that, yes, stress can contribute to cancer - especially long term stress.
I have to agree that stress can be a contributing factor to developing cancer. I think that's one reason why I did.

For me, it would be based on the food we eat and lifestyle. Taking care of oneself is very important as well to prevent cancer or any diseases. A lot of prayer would be anther way.
