I would estimate somewhere between zero and a $1 every month... If you are lucky!
You have chosen a title that without checking I would guess would be little searched for - but use the Google keyword tool to check for yourself.

Also the competition is pretty severe, the first page of results are high PR dedicated sites, .gov and .edu sites - you will not outrank these with a hubpage that has nothing new to add to the debate.

While there is nothing wrong with what you have written it does not add any new view about climate change or any unique perspective on it, it is unfortunately no different to hundreds of other pages on the subject. If you really want to get views then you have to offer the reader (and google) something that they will not find elsewhere.

Or pick a subject with much less competition.

A better keyword for your title would be something which includes "climate change facts".

As is, you won't pull in much views so I figure you won't be earning much. I doubt if you will earn a dollar a month. At the rate of a dollar per month this one hub alone will take you more than four years to reach payout.

I think you use of pictures my cause it to be unpublished before you earn anything.  Some have text attributing them to other sites, others look like they might be copyrighted material.

Before even getting to what your topic is about here is what I would say. Being a new inexperienced writer to HubPages (Only 2 Hubs), your physical profile will not have much credibility as far as what you have written. Over time you may get lucky with the article, BUT I would suggest writing more articles, and focusing over time creating more content, than watching specific hubs. As far as climate change goes, this is a tough topic that many credible sources have written about, so I would assume your article will be pretty low on search results, resulting in little views. Try focusing in on one aspect, or choosing a topic that is easier to get views on.
