      When it can be used to silence annoying people! Sometimes, I wish there was one on people's forehead just so you could politely and effectively quiet them :-)

   It looked old fashioned anyway so I guess it would not have done anything dramatic. More worrying would have been a virtual button with numbers counting on the display board.

                  I still think that the Mad Hatter would appear and maybe say something like, "Ouch! That hurt." I still think of his hat - between the shape and colors.
