Greetings,
With the limit of 2 links for the same domain, I was wondering about interlinking hubs.
If I have 4 or 5 hubs that are related with a general theme, can I link those hubs to each other, be that in text links or using the link module, and if so, am I also limited to 2 links too?
If in a hub I have and if I see it would be beneficial to the reader and of course, in terms of SEO, linking to 2 or 3 other hubs, whats the limit?
2 links from one hub to another, or can I provide more then 2 links for the same hub, like 3 or 4?
Considering this would be "internal linking" I cannot find any answer in the FAQS, only the limit of 2 links to outside domains, in particular affiliate links or amazon links, etc.
Thank you in advance,
Kar.
Links to other Hubs are internal links and therefore not subject to limits.
Thank you very much Marisa!
I was afraid of doing internal links between my hubs (not that I have many) since I have several ideas to make a lot of hubs, the internal link would be great for SEO and reader interaction too.
Again, thank you.
I have many Hubs which are related to each other but until now I have not placed links to them. Could it be said that by adding them to groups where they are often displayed at the bottom of the page has more visual impact or would you still link the Hubs to one another?
Groups help, but not all readers will scroll right down to the end of your Hub. So adding links is also worthwhile. Just make sure the Hubs are genuinely related, as Hubs can get unpublished for unrelated links.
Will do, thanks Marisa - they are definitely related to one another.
Great question, sallybea. Thanks for clarifying, Marisa. I was afraid that it might look redundant when I link my related hubs and they are shown at the bottom under "Discover More Hubs." As you create your hub, you never know which of your own hubs may show up at the bottom.
its better that we can add 3-4 links!
2 links to the relevant hubs and 2 external links (outside hub-pages)
Internal links can be added without any limits, it could 4 or 5 or even more
Interesting! Will be checking on that! But should be beneficial as with any interlinking! Also, doubt there are any limits on the number of internal links!

I've had links to my own related hubs snipped on several occasions (mostly blatant lists at the end of a hub), but some links have been left in place after several snips. So is it acceptable to include a link to a hub which may be very relevant to the specific content in a section of a hub, if it...

I am not looking to name names here as this happens quite a lot on Hubpages, but can someone please clarify whether or not it is against the rules for a Hubber to come to your hub, leave a comment and then include a link to one of their own hubs as a part of that comment. I know it says under each...

Is it still OK to link to our own hubs? I have several hubs on baby names, and when I wrote them several years ago, I linked them all to each other within the body of the hubs. I haven't been good about updating my hubs or keeping up with what is allowed, but I am trying to change that. When...

Hey Veterans,I am curious. Recently Google made changes and many people are or have lost a lot of traffic, and I am wondering if the problem is too many internal links.I only ask because since Google's change, I have lost a significant amount of traffic, however many of my hubs are linked...

This topic has been raised a couple of times in other threads, I thought it was worth posting as a separate topic to get more attention. We all know how important backlinks are. Current thinking is that simply exchanging links (site A links to site B and site B links to site A) is a...
