People say that the internet can be boring. Not so, in my opinion  it is  virtually a compendium of the sum of human knowledge. Such, that something like this would be possible was just a dream 50 years ago.

After, I looked at this article and seeing the mapped graphics, I expressed pride in the Northwest and Northeast as regions of  "naturally progressive people". If if were not for my spouse and her love of the semi-tropical clime, those areas would be what I would like to call home.

Startling information and graphs, have a look....

Wow!  That shocks even me.  I've lived in Oregon all my life except for four years in the Missouri Ozarks (THAT was an eye opener!).

I think we can see which party owns the future, though, unless the other one figures out how to appeal to a broader demographic.

But yes, it is SO Important to vote in this coming election.  I know Hillary is not an easy candidate to rally behind for many people, but the alternative is scary.  I might add that it is even more important to get out and vote for Senators and Representatives who will actually work for the people, if any can be found.

Yes, it is scary. If we did not add a little coffee to the cream, we would end up with witches' brew.

I think people need to put aside rhetoric and party, and really look at what the candidates are truly representing.  Far be it from me to tell anyone who is lying, and who is corrupt, and who is not... that really comes down to YOUR level of dedication into digging into their backgrounds, and their actions.

And I don't mean, take the word of the NYTimes or FoxNews or whatever you choose to get your 'information' from... I mean, google their history, use youtube to watch interviews they did 20 years ago... I know I have, and ONE of them is fairly consistent in what they said 20 years ago, and today.

We don't really know what Trump will do... we know what he states he wants to do, and we can go back and watch what he was saying 5, 10, 20 years ago, which helps back-up a lot of what he says, he believed it then... he believes it now... so it is probably exactly what he wants to do, no 'politician' can keep a lie going for 20 years, none of them ever have.

Hillary however is an entirely different case, we do know what she will do, because she has done it as a 1st Lady, as a Senator, and as Secretary in Obama's Administrations.  Hillary will complete the work begun more than 20 years ago when Bill was President. When they helped pass along NAFTA, the 94' Community Reinvestment Act, the Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act that actually deregulated the financial sector and allowed investments houses to also be banks, and so much more that has helped cripple a Worker's ability to make a good wage.

Hillary will also complete the work Obama has begun as well, which remains incomplete. Laws like TPP and WTO hang in the balance, more than one Supreme Court Justice, without which the dismantling of the Constitution cannot be achieved, which is the ultimate goal, to permanently change what this country is to fall in line with the likes of China and Russia and expand upon international controls that supersede national sovereignity.

      I hear you....

I also know Trump to be a racist, going back to housing discrimination that he signed off on while managing properties in New York City, during the 1970's That doesn't change either, no more than a teaspoon of sugar on excrement will make it sweet, all of the sudden.

I can only hope that Clinton has learned from her husbands' Presidency in the Nineties, what has worked and what has not and not to repeat mistakes.

I know what Donald Trump, an authoritarian, wants to do and do not find it palatable in the least.
