Hello, everyone! When I click on "Google AdSense Reports" (Earning Setiings), opens a new window with this message:

    Account Not Active
An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as it is associated with an unapproved application. For more information about your application, please review the message we sent to the email address you provided with your application.

In the message adsense sent to my email address there's nothing helpful:

    Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. While reviewing your application, we found that your account information matches a currently approved account AdSense, which is due to {my email address}
Since our  AdSense program policies  do not permit multiple accounts, we're unable to accept your application.
If you can not log in to your account approved, use our  troubleshooter entrance . Restoring access still fails, please contact us. We can help fix the problem so you can sign into your account with your desired login.
If you need additional account AdSense, read this article , which contains information on sending several requests.
If you want to add {another email address} address to sign into your account is approved, use these instructions .

    Sincerely,
    The Google AdSense

So I signed up for an account twice with different emails by accident. Troubleshooter isn't helpfool too.  I was able to find only an advice to make sure to follow the instructions in the email sad(
Is there something I can do in this case?  I have no idea... Maybe there's a helpful hub that I missed or you have some advice? sad((

The say you have an approved account and which email it is attached to.  So... I am unclear as to what the problem is.  Use that approved account.

psycheskinner, thank you for your feedback! The problem is I cannot log in into my account. When I click on "Google AdSense Reports" (Earning Setiings), opens a new window with the message that my account isn't active...

You need to take the email they say is associated with a valid account and request a new password.

You need to sign completely out.
Sign in *using the email they indicate is linked with the approved account*
If the password is declined hit the link to have the password reset.

psycheskinner, I signed completely out and changed a password as it was indicated in the instruction (the link you shared with me), signed in using the new password and the email they indicated was linked with the approved  account, and everything is the same. Maybe I have to try this?

If you no longer have access the email address associated with your AdSense account, please submit a new application. We'll then disapprove your new application and work with you to close your original account and activate the new one. If you choose to follow this path, please be aware that you'll need to replace the ad code on your sites with your new ad code. Also, according to our Terms and Conditions, any unpaid earnings of less than $10 or local equivalent will not be issued. Please understand that we take these precautions to protect publisher account security.

I have a similar issue and I'm sorry to say I have given up in frustration. I changed my service provider and therefore needed to create a new email address. AdSense keeps telling me that I have to change my email address to the new one but it's proven impossible to do. The instructions are incomprehensible, there is no one to contact for help, even my computer-savvy kids are stumped. Apologies for being an agent of gloom.

Are you sure you are signing into the original old account, not the new duplicate one?

If so, you need to ask adsense help to share the correct log in details for your valid account--escalate as necessary.

Thanks to everyone who replied!  I deleted google account I used to apply for Google AdSense the second time. Also, I described my problem in my message to Google  AdSense and posted my questions on Help Forum.  And this time, when I clicked on "Google AdSense Reports", there was another message:
Thank you for your continued interest in AdSense. Unfortunately, we were unable to approve your initial application. To resubmit your application, complete the fields below.
For your application to be successful, make sure you've resolved the issues described in the disapproval email we sent you:
If your application was disapproved because it matches a currently approved AdSense account, then you must close your other account before you reapply.
If your application was disapproved  because your site doesn't follow the AdSense program policies, then you must fix the issue with your site before you reapply.
So I reapplied) Don't know what to expect, but at least that's already something))
