Just a reminder - traffic often drops over this weekend. So if you see a big plummet, it's just all the people going away from their computer and into the real world smile

It makes sense that traffic would fall this weekend.  Does the fall in traffic mean it would probably be better to publish new hubs at the beginning of next week instead of today or tomorrow?

Anytime is a good time to write a new article.

That depends what you're aiming for.  If your primary interest is to have other Hubbers read your Hubs, then yes I would delay.  If your main goal is to earn income from your Hubs, then it really makes no difference in the long term, so if you feel like writing, do!

Thanks for weighing in, Shasta and Marisa!  I had come to the same conclusion that Marisa expressed, but was wondering what others thought. :-)

I was thinking about this and how the holidays can make traffic drop.

I would like to think product articles would get a bump, especially tomorrow on 'black Friday.' But in any event, yes. Holidays and weekends, and especially weekends following a holiday - are not times of abundant traffic.

Happy Holiday season to you from Texas smile
