The site went off line over a year ago, but if you answered questions on the site, what if anything have you done with your answers? Maybe re-posted them on a blog?
I would love to get in and get my answers from them but can't access it. I should have saved the answers at the time. I was also owed about $50 which I didn't get. I also answered a lot of questions on Yahoo answers which I should have saved because there was a lot of useful information there that would help create webpages.
I didn't save my answers either, but you can try and get access using the "Wayback Machine" which is an Internet archive of websites, snapshots of site content being taken every so often:
http://archive.org/web/
If you search for Webanswers.com and select a day from the calendar, It will bring up a snapshot of the site from that day. You can't actually sign in because you aren't actually interacting with Webanswers.com. However the snapshot is a series of interlinked HTML pages, so you navigate to your profile by picking a category you may have submitted an answer to, finding the question, and then clicking on your username in that question.
Nice! Hey, would this work to recover a lost email too? I know the email addy I sent from but dropped the account once I started using a free one.
WebAnswers members earned through AdSense, so you should have gotten paid. Or am I remembering incorrectly?
Webanswers went off line last year, so anyone who hadn't reached the Google Adsense $100 minimum payout would have had to accumulate income into their Adsense account from other sources.
Ok thanks, I guess that is basically my point, that WebAnswers is not holding anyone's unpaid funds. All ad revenue which WebAnswers members earned was through Google, so anyone who didn't reach $100 through WebAnswers could still get their money if they placed their AdSense code on some other site or sites.
I made thousands with WebAnswers and I was far from the most frequent poster. I assume we can all get our content from weAnswers right? Since the site is dead so are their terms?? Meaning we can go back and grab our answers?
Can you access the site? I can't get Webanswers pages to open.

How many hubs do I need to publish before Google Adsense approves my application? I know this question has been asked many times but I know there are a lot of helpful hubbers here who can help. By the way, here's my recent post <link snipped>. Any suggestions on how I can improve my hubs are...

Is there any other adsense revenue sharing site you write articles for. If yes how has been the results in terms of traffic and earnings. I am considering expanding my portfolio of online content. Please suggest me a website where I can write apart from Hubpages to help increase my adsense revenue.

I received a notification that my Google Adsense tax information had been changed today. Did anyone else get this notification and didn't change anything? Should I worry that someone has gotten into my account?
