Can I do this with a employee complaint against their supervisor?
As the Human Resource Manager, if a employee submits a formal complaint in writing about their direct supervisor am I allowed to show that written complaint to the supervisor being complained about?
you`re kidding right.... that`s why people bring guns to work!
Hard to believe that you are a Human Resource Manager. If you are, no wonder corporate America is so screwed up. Your question is totally unintelligible.
If you are just a "regular" employee, they should have fired your illiterate ass long ago. Oh, wait -- in that case you would file for discrimination, right?
It's at your discretion, you can show the complaint to the supervisor or you can simply inform them that a complaint has been lodged and advise on the nature of the complaint.
Yes, you can, that complaint'll serve as an express proof stating the nature & intensity of the supervisor's 'wrong doing'..
I think it's a good way to report for a problem. It's Human Resources manager's job to do that.
Of corse, he cannot say the exaxct words the employee used, but he has to report the problem so that it can be solved easily and softly.

More and more companies aren't hiring smokers because they are not a protected class and they increase a company's group health insurance premiums. Should it be allowed?

How do you take it if your co-employee who happens to be your supervisor calls you "my employee?"A supervisor who is not senior management is as much as an employee of the company as the one he or she is supervising. Does this justify the "ownership.?"

How does one get rid of a trouble making union employee that is always lying about a supervisor?

This story says it all. It's obvious to those of us who deal in facts Trump is terrified of his tax returns being revealed. Of course he lied about releasing his tax returns during his campaign, and he has fought tooth and nail to prevent them ever coming to light. Wonder why?I'll wager anything...

Someone told me today about someone speaking in tongues in their church on Sunday. I'm rather dubious of this. Are there any Christians here who have seen this? What's it all about?I always assumed 'tongues' referred to when the apostles spoke other languages. I know there is a point in...
