   There is no best age. It is a matter of maturity which means you are done going out and partying with your friends, you are ready to be dedicated to this baby, toddler, child, teen etc... You don't get sick at the thought of changing a diaper, getting thrown up on, etc... you can handle emergencies, you are  financially capable of paying all the bills required to raise a baby, toddler, child, teen etc..from diapers, clothing, formula, and food to the prom, a car and college. (not welfare or child support), you should have a house large enough to raise a baby in, preferably you are married which means you have the father to help you raise the baby (He should want you to be pregnant!) You should prepare your body ahead of time. Some doctors say as much as a year ahead of time you should begin eating right and taking vitamins, the right thing to do is ask your doctor about diet, vitamins, minerals and exercise at least 6 months BEFORE you plan on becoming pregnant. Do not smoke or drink.  Consider your genetic heritage. See a geneticist! It is important to help rule out many serious conditions. If you are over 40 talk to your doctor about your general health and the risk of Down Syndrome.

   Getting pregnant and having a child is rarely thought about in terms of optimal age, as there are so many other factors to consider.  Relationship security, financial security, emotional maturity; these are the factors most people consider when deciding whether or not they will attempt procreation.  However, from the biological research it seems that getting pregnant at or before the age of 30 is the best "bet" for your body.  Women who have had one child before 30 had lower levels of breast cancer and less difficulty in getting pregnant overall compared to older women.  However, this doesn't mean that once the big 3-0 passes, you're out of luck!  It simply means that you *may* experience problems with your health compared to a younger woman.
   Of course, if you're pregnant already, whatever age you're at is the best for having a baby!  And while many people think you have to have "achieved" success in all the societal markers, that's simply not true.  You will mature once you have a child, babies really don't cost that much if you don't buy everything in the store, and an apartment is fine.  The most important factor to consider, over age, financial stability and the like, is the relationship you have with the other parent.  You will need all the help you can get from the very beginning and while babies are wonderful, they can also be stressful.  Wait if you can until you're in a relationship that is for life, because creating a life with someone means that you are linked, better or worse, with that person for the rest of your life.

   All other factors aside, I think physically the best age for a baby is btw 21 and 27. Socially,psychologically probably around 30.

   the best age to get pregnent is when you're physically, mentally and financially ready for it.
   if you've not had enough of the romance with your husband, do not put things forward. becoming parents lead to a great deal of responsibility. its fun though. all the sacrifice and compromise is worth it. however, the best would be when a mother is around 25 to 26 years old(for the 1st time..) she'd b mature enough to deal with the sleepless nights and crappy daipers.
   oh ya...plus..the father should have a say, it is very difficult single-handedly, especially FINANCIALLY.
   
   to sum it all up, the age is not a factor, if you want the baby with all your heart, you should get it home soon (not if your a fifteen year old though )

   THE BEST AGE/ TIME  TO GET PREGNANT IS WHEN TWO COUPLES GET MARRIED THAT IS THE BEAUTIFUL TIME FOR THE WOMAN TO GET PREGNANT AND HAVE HER CHILDREN I THINK THAT IS THE APPROPRIATE TIME FOR IT.
   
   AND REMEMBER THAT NOBODY GIVES CHILD IS ONLY GOD THAT GIVE BECAUSE HE IS HE CREATOR OF ALL THING, HE GIVES LIFE, CHILD IN THE SCENE THE WOMAN GETTING PREGNANT. U CAN EVEN GET MARRIED THE THERE BE NO CHILD NO PREGNANT

   It is best to fully prepare one's body, to be strong and balanced, before becoming pregnant ~ to be fully nourished, not deficient, so that your baby, in your womb, is being nourished from a 'full cup', so to speak; not from a body of already-diminished health. Then that the baby has a strong foundation of well-being from which to begin their long life!
