   Stress,  anxiety and malnutrition is usually the main cause of Erectile Dysfunction in younger men. Taking a few eggs or fresh oyster usually help the nutrition part.

   most commonly in young men it is stress or anxiety related.  this can be general stress or performance anxiety ie the pressure that they put themselves under to perform in the sack.  men in general place a large amount of value in their ability to be a satisfying partner.
   
   intoxication with alcohol and other drugs can also cause erection problems.
   
   in older men it is vascular disease and medications that commonly cause erectile dysfunction.

   I would say yes. Performance anxiety is a very real thing. It's not very clinical, but I would try and masturbate. If everything works fine and then goes awry when the lady shows up, it's in the mind.

   Late to answer! Anyway, yes, stress and anxiety can be a couple of causes. In addition our current erratic lifestyle which includes long working hours, limited or no sleep coupled with smoking and drinking habits lead to ED in younger men. Also, youngsters who do drugs have chances of attracting impotence very early on in life.
   In addition not age of acquiring cholesterol and diabetes is also reducing, so people don’t check their lifestyle right now, soon a huge bunch of young people will be faced with ED.
