   Where can I download a television series?
   
   I am wanting to cut back on expenses this christmas, so thought I might try and download each persons favorite television series and wrap it up nice and pretty....any suggestions? And don't call me a cheapskate!!

   I watch a lot of tv programmes on tvshack.net/tv/.  You don't have to download.

   If you don't mind breaking the law, torrents are the easiest way to download TV series in whole.  With the free downloads of the applications uTorrent and Handbrake, you should be able to download virtually anything you want by searching for it on google with the word "torrent" after it (example- search for "family guy torrent"), and then dragging that into the uTorrent application and letting it download.  After it finishes downloading, take those files and convert them to whatever file type you like using the Handbrake software.  Then you can put it on your friend/family member's iPod, burn it to a DVD, or do virtually anything you want with it.
