      I'd say the problems are:

      An over-saturated topic.
      Too many links, which might be seen as promotional.
      Grammatical problems including way too much passive voice.

      Why would you link out for the anchor text 'professionally cleaned'? Most people know what that means. You are also linking out to sites which will share the same keywords as your own article. HubPages wants complete, standalone articles. Don't send people off-site unless you need to reference a source.

      These 'tips' are common knowledge and there are so many articles that cover this topic. How could you make your article different from all the others out there?
