    Absolutely.  Whenever I have spare time, I go through Hubtivity all the way back to when I last looked and read everything that looks interesting to me.

    Of course sometimes too much time has elapsed, so I won't necessarily see EVERYTHING, but I do get to see and read quite a bit.

    Why? Because there's a lot of good stuff here and sometimes even the not so good hubs give me an idea, especially if I think I can do a much better job with the topic,

    Not as much as I'd like to. I have a very limited amount of time to work, so reading hubs gets relegated to when I'm procrastinating or have a bit of spare time. I probably read one or two hubs a day in between writing and marketing.

    yeah, you can try HUB HOPPING and help the hubpages community to flag, rate, vote on hubs made by new hubbers. You can also benefit through reading and learn from the mistakes of others.

    Yes, you do.  Basically, I organize what I will be doing that day with a calendar.  I set aside time to write.  And you can set aside time to read and post.  Sometime exceptions are made.  But for the most part, this routine will help you to not miss a week or doing either.  Scheduling time on a calendar, computer, or smart phone works.

    It's all about prioritizing your time.  I believe you can get busy writing hubs, but you can also spend at least 10 minutes a day to read other hubs and comment on it, you can even get ideas from other hubs as to what to write about.
