Is it ever appropriate to use Bob and me went to the store, as opposed to Bob and I?
This comes from me wondering, why is Orson Welles and Me an appropriate movie title?
Here's how I taught my children about this one. First say it as if you were the only one going to the store. You wouldn't say "Me is going to the store." You would say "I am going to the store." Therefore if you add Bob to the scenario, it should read "Bob and I are going to the store."
I hope this helps???
When I was at school both "Bob and I" AND "me and Bob" were considered appropriate. I am not sure about "Bob and me", though.
Oh thank you for your replies it does make perfect sense , and I meant "Me and Orson Welles" of course! I am guilty of over correcting and just wondered!

Do you think it is EVER appropriate for a woman to use profanity?I am hearing the f - - - word in even casual everyday conversation among adults. I think it degrades a woman, but many don't seem to be bothered by it.
