So is a blog the samw thing as a website or hub? Do i need to use keywords to optimize my blog...
to be numero uno with google?
Absolutely, at least I would think so. That is if you are seeking free traffic. If not then don't worry about any form of SEO'ing. You can always use PPC to overcome the traffic problem, at least for a little while.
Of course you could use article marketing as well but your articles should also be optimized for the organic search returns.
It is just better to use your keywords correctly.
Blogs, Hubs and websites are not all the same thing. While related, they each function differently, but all will utilize keywords.
Yes, website is different from web-page (Blog, Hub,squidoo and more...)
for website there is designing, coding and hosting ;for web-page there is no coding , designing and hosting. Just content and Images are needed to build up the Page.
But the common part is the Targeted keyword; keywords play a important role in a page or a site. From both sides we can earn money an run the affiliate programs.
But we have to build the website or page to look and feel good.

This is long, so here's the bottom line: Basically, my problem is I want to build a site around the same topics and keywords I've done well with here on HP, but I don't want to do anything that would damage the work I've already posted here.I have a couple of niche HubPages accounts that do okay....

I've been updating and removing hubs. I haven't settled on a plan for good hubs that don't get traffic. Curious what others do. My top 40 hubs are 85% of traffic. I culled the heard and have been focused on my best hubs.Once I'm through them I'll come up with a plan for the rest.

I plan on editing my existing hubs, the ones with high traffic to get them to rank even better for terms they already rank for, but not at #1 spot. I have a premium SEM rush account using which I can see what I am ranking for and what I can improve upon. I use this on my own website with a lot of...

I had a hub that was receiving around 1,300-1,500 views per day. It was chosen as Editor's Choice. It then dropped by about 1,000 views per day. I opted out of the program, but that hub is no longer showing in Google for the keywords that brought it all the traffic before EC messed it up. How can I...

So I was bored and decided I would Google some of the topics of a few of my most recent hubs... Two of them popped up on the FIRST PAGE!! WHHHHHAAAAATTT?!??! lol. Sorry, I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place for this, but I almost swallowed my own tongue I was so excited and I need to tell...

I've been doing a lot of thinking about the types of services we offer Hubbers and how to help Hubbers improve.A few services that have been suggested- grammar and spell checking- suggesting edits- providing images/media upon request- formatting help (breaking hubs into multiple text capsules,...
