Read the fine print and than ask something like that. The most common told lie in the world is: "Yes, I have read and I accept the terms of agreement". that being said, if it is without your knowledge than you lied when you checked that box smile

I would be more concerned about Google, you sign for mail and you have your info on hundreds of other sites available to anyone:) Now that is invasion of privacy!

I mean actually gettiing info in some way and putting a person and a very brief profile on facebook when this person has never signed up nor do they ever have intention of signing up. So they have never even seen any fine print. I may not have explained it well in my question. Sorry!

Privacy is really not an issue anymore because it's impossible to have it whether you're online, walking down the street or shopping cameras are seemingly everywhere, at least in the U.S. I used to rant about it but I just don't care anymore. I've always said that if someone stole my identity they'd take a look then just give it back.

i always concerned about privacy online, this is why i do not give out my correct data in internet everywhere... but giving away the information without the person`s permission, totally bad and it decreases their reputation worldwide, at the end, it will be them who lose...
