hey
is there any possibility to use tea for bodybuilders to build their muscles
The caffeine will help in stimulating your body for a quick energy boost, that is about it.
Protein is the only muscle builder, so unless someone makes a protein-packed tea, the tea won't help build muscles. However, teas packed with certain nutrients the body needs for good muscle building may be in order if a person happens to be deficient in those particular vitamins or minerals.
As long as you're healthy you can take the Amino Acids L-Arginine and L-Ornithine 30 minutes before you work out. They assist in muscle building
Amino Acids are polypeptide proteins.
being good for your general health tea will hardly help you with muscle building. even best of bb suplements in reality do probably about 10 % of what they claim to do, the rest do nothing at all. however some old proven things like creatine work, but once again - there is no magic pill (without going on hormonal drugs). hard work with good eating and resting - that`s what work.
great answers are posted by all of you
i suggest to add chemicals to enhance the tea products to absorb basically proteins, amino acids and glutamine. If do so we can use it as a bodybuilding supplements

Whey protein is important in two ways in particular.No.1. is that if you are working out and trying to build or maintain muscle mass your body requires at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight per day - so a 200lb man should aim to consume at least 200g of protein per day ideally spread over...
