I would rather be Good Looking, then maybe I can get rich off of my good looks?  Whom am I kidding...I'd rather be both!

I can accept being rich, but I don't like to look rich.
It will attract scam artists, gold-diggers, thieves, paparazzi, stalkers, kidnappers, and questionable business propositions. Then I will lose my privacy. I will be the subject of gossips

To make this worse, I would not know who are my true friends are.
I will have to wonder whether every smile, attention, friendship and favor is because of my money or just me.

Better to be rich because the money can buy the best cosmetic surgery and the best of associates.

I would take the good looking, rich does not always mean happy and so does good looking. I'd rather be goodlooking. I will be more happy with myself

If you can't have one then you may as well have the other.

Niether: I'd rather have my family integrated as a whole - having been ripped to bits by death and divorce, the question is moot and misses the point of life (no offense, speaking out of pain and experience).

    Good looks fade.

Money can produce greed, incite war, and becomes an idol.  Families who don't speak to one another over a debate over inheritance money, for example, is very prevalent.
