Pinot Noirs, Syrahs and Tempranillos. It's hard for me to pick an exact favorite because they vary per winery, and I like a lot of wineries. They are like children, very hard to pick just one!

Probably Syrah, but it's a hard choice with a lot of nice wines to choose from.

Greetings!  I don't know if i have a favorite wine, I do like the Cabs (Cakebread) of California.  and for White wines I favor the pinot griegos and some rieslings.  (some Cal and some Austrailian and German wineries I seem to favor).

I recently rediscovered Riesling. I am currently a big fan of St Urbans Hof Riesling from Germany and it is absolutely amazing with Halibut.

Being bias as all get out I'm sticking with Pinot Noir(Black Grape wine) right from the Okanagan Valley here in BC.  We have over 500 wines available made at home here in BC. I live close to a couple of wineries even. Its been almost 3 yrs since I last had some as I have not had any wine at all (my wife is not into wine either) but I'm about due  Try it!!

Dependent of course on the meal, I would offer the following response:

    1. Any authentic Pinot Noir or Grigio...Italian and California preferred.

    2. Any Gewurztraminer or Dessert wine

Berek Bernkastel, Its a dry white, and so sweet and easy to drink, it goes down like water! Probably not a real wine-ees' cup of tea but I love it!

Are you sure you meant"to the top of your wine glass".
