    what kind of coat, should I wear if I'm in a 2x?

    I'm 5'5 and about 211 pounds. My colors are black,blue,and grape purple.

    YOU SHOULD WEAR A FLUFFY ONE INSTEAD AND BLUE IS THE RIGHT COLOR FOR YOU I BET

    I think you should try to wear a trench coat style. The belt can cinch your waist and accentuate your curves.  And as a bonus maybe go outside of your comfort zone  with normal colors and get a nice animal print. Good luck.

    A pea coat that hits mid-thigh would be very flattering on your figure. As for color any color that makes you happy is best!

    I think that a darker color is a bit more slimming.. love the pea coat style as mentioned by Jo Deslaurier..  I'm a fellow 2x-er as well.. sometimes it's just hard to figure out what actually complements my size.

    The color isn't really important, just make sure it fits and that should keep you warm and happy.
