Why does Taylor Swift seem to bother Kanye West so much?

I never really thought much for Taylor one way or the other. But after watching her TV special Thanksgiving night, I may just be a fan she seems like a sweet down to earth girl. And after learning more about her, ( like the fact she writes her own stuff) and wondering whether say Beyonce does hers as well? I think Taylor deserves all the awards she's won! So whats Kanye's beef?

Because he's an immature jackass that can't stand the thought of a little white girl taking an award over the extremely over-rated 'Beyonce'

Dude has some serious issues that he needs to work out..

I agree with that, Taylor Swift is a real "role model" Kanye was being very immature and ignorant.  At least Ms. Swift can move on and continue doing the great things that shes doing! Cant wait for her to come back to my town - my kids adore her!

In observing Kanye West on several televised occasions, I would say he appears to have serious anger issues.  His assumptions about George W. Bush followed by an apology, his unprovoked tantrum on the Today Show with Matt Lauer, and his ongoing unprovoked issues with Taylor Swift suggests some personal compulsion to exert authority based on his loathsome, antisocial antics.  Without knowing much about him personally, and only through observation, I would wonder if he is not involved in some type of drug use or possibly suffering some mental health issue, such as a personality disorder.  It could also be an attempt at creating publicity through notoriety.  In fixating on Taylor Swift, he has commented in his feeble attempt at apology, that she did not deserve his surprise attack, it appears he feels threatened by her relatively quick success and fame. His anger seemed inadvertently fueled by her youth and projected innocence, which may have led him to believe that she was an easy target for his outburst.  I would imagine that satiated his need for power temporarily.  However, his problems will always need a fix, hence he continuously and predictably repeats his pattern of abuse.  He is a menace, mainly to himself and if left without some direction or help, will cut off his own nose to spite his face.
