probrably this one http://www.vincedelmontefitness.com/ind … davidrio7, you can also check my review of p90x ( http://hubpages.com/hub/Does-the-P90X-program-WORK) which I think is quite a honest program
Cheers,David
A combination of resistance training and cardiovascular exercise. Resistance training builds or maintains the musculoskeletal system while cardiovascular exercise attends to the unique muscle fibers of the heart and improves blood circulation throughout the body. There are other benefits, as well, and this combination along with good nutrition will definitely help keep the weight off.
Mixing it up. Find a multitude of activities and fall in love with the movement, the muscle, the endurance power.
Listen to your body after exercise - it will tell you!
Try a Bosu trainer and a dvd. I took a Bosu Boot Camp class at my gym. It was so much fun and a great workout.
Join a gym.
Get serious.
Make working out a lifestyle.
Have a course created to build muscle.
More muscle the faster calories are burned.
Metabolism is improved.
Include cardio work.
Eat several small meals a day.
Keep your quality protein intake hi. (eggs and whey)
Complex carbs hi. Simple carb intake low.
Saturated fats 0 or very low.
if you aren't serious...forget it.
I've been at it for over 50 yrs. Personal trainer, gym owner and competetive power lifter.
Workout at least 5 days a week for no more than 1 1/2 hours.
break the body down into parts. i.e. push exercises 1 day, next day pull exercises, next day legs and lower back, next day push etc.etc.
If ya make this a lifestyle, I guarantee your weight will eventually be perfect.
Remember, muscle weighs more than fat, You may get smaller but weigh the same.
That'll be
$150's for this session.
You'll drop me after this session anyway.

Whatever you enjoy the most. If you like to bike, it's biking. If you like to dance, it's dancing. The real secret is to find some physical activity that you enjoy. Even something like gardening or golfing will help more with permenant weight loss than an exercise program you hate and will have to struggle to stick with.
Not a 'programme' as such, Nordic Walking is a good way of burning calories off and is cost-effective too. It can be done at any time either in a group or alone.
the wii - Actually it can be surprising how good of a workout a wii will give you. Really though you should do cardio and weight training. I heard of a dvd program called P90X exercise training program. Don't know much about it other that yaro starak was using it to gain weight and that they were selling it at my local staples store. Looked like alot of cd's. Personally I like hitting the gym.
Insanity is a great DVD based program. It is maximum interval training that mixes it up with plyometrics, yoga, cardio and strength training. Aside from the DVD's, no equipment is needed. All you need to get started is some open space and a little motivation.
Search for hubs on beep test. It is the best you can ever get. Brings result in on time
Hi. There are a lot of good advice told already, so I won't repeat the same again and again.
I know a programme, that helped me a lot this spring. I have lost 12 pounds of fat in 40 days after my bulking stage. It is pretty much considering the fact, that I have lost only one pound of muscle. If you would like to try, here is the link.

The best physical fitness program is one that you enjoy and will do. If you're generally a sedentary person, it makes little sense to try and follow all the fitness gurus. Find something you like to do and do it regularly.
Start walking around your neighbourhood. After a month, start jogging around your neighbourhood (do a bit of walking, then jog, then walk...take it at your pace). It's all about increasing your heart-rate - that's how the fat burns.
With food: don't eat any processed food. Processed food is FULL of genetically modified junk and synthetic fats, and goodness-knows what else in there. Start cooking your own food - go to www.taste.com.au and scope out low-fat recipes. Simple easy to cook recipes. And have some bananas and apples etc when you get the food cravings. Seriously just give it a try. You'll get thinner - slow and easy but it'll LAST.
Invest in home gym equipment, a treadmill, stationary bike, some free weights or a weight station. It doesn't take as much motivation to roll out of bed and get moving -- the convenience factor.
p90x is really intense as well insanity. they both have a part too to them

THIS is just a little rant to convince people to forget about the scale and focus on the real enemy - body fat + a little bit of shameless self promotion [rant]The mistake that most people do, when they want to start a exercise program and diet, is to think that the bad shape their body is in is...
